Details
  • The number of free revisions is limited to three (up to the color rough stage). After the illustration is finalized, only color adjustments and small tweaks are allowed (up to 2 times free).
  • Major revisions such as design changes before final delivery may incur an additional fee.

Delivery Files
  • Standard: PNG
  • If any add-ons are selected (such as cutting layers or additional characters), the delivery will include both PNG and PSD, with the character and background on separate layers.

Usage

  • All copyrights for the artwork remain with the artist.
  • Clients may use the commissioned artwork for social media and streaming platforms (X, Twitch, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • A commercial usage fee will be required for any merchandising purposes.
  • Please contact me with details of the merchandise you plan to create.

Refunds

  • I reserve the right to cancel the commission at any time if the terms are breached.
  • If no payment has been made, you may cancel the commission by contacting me directly.
  • If a refund is forcibly issued through a third party, all rights to the artwork will revert to me. I retain the right to resell the artwork, and the client responsible will be banned from future commissions.
